Modern Polish cooking inside an old river mill

The Vierradenmühle sits right on the Neisse below the Peterskirche, one of the most photographed corners of the Altstadt. It sat empty on and off for years. Now it has a kitchen again.

New tenant Tommy Winter brought in a Polish team and built the menu around modern Polish and European dishes. The restaurant also calls itself Germany's easternmost Augustiner tap. This close to the border, that barely counts as a boast.
