Mexican cocktails in Stuttgart-West, with a new country on the menu every month
Tina-Marie Sill, Daniel Melchor Vasquez and Jesús de León opened La Embajada in September 2025, pouring micheladas, margaritas and agua fresca alongside a wider international drinks list. Every month the bar switches its identity to a different country, with matching cocktails, food specials and themed nights.
The interior is handbuilt rather than off-the-shelf, and a second lounge level is planned downstairs. Open Monday to Saturday, closed Sundays.

One of the best Mexican Lounge Bars in Stuttgart area, newly opened and operating excellently. Tina and Daniel are wonderful hosts, they always take care of guests and serve with a smile. The place has a chill vibe and all types of Board games are also available! The basement has a pool table and it's a place to chill, nice ambience. Cheers guys!

Had our Halloween party here and it was very cool! Reasonably priced drinks and a fun atmosphere. Easy to reach with public transport - always a bonus! Upstairs and downstairs, with enough space to spill out onto the street for some oxygen (or a cigarette!)!

I can only said good thing about this places. The cocktail are amazing, try to tell the bartender your taste and they will find the perfect cocktail for u. The decoration is insane, the small details make the difference. Good music, good ambient, good staff.

Great Ambience, Great Music and Great Vibes. But, but .. but... one thing that stands out - The barkeep makes absolute crazy drinks. You can go up to them and say make me a drink from ginger and they will spin you something that will blow your mind! Must Visit.
