Four suites above Adamas, each with its own private pool

Book one of four suites and you get your own pool and outdoor space, not a shared deck. The build is new but leans into Cycladic style, all white curves and quiet corners above Adamas.

Breakfast and room amenities come from local producers and small island businesses. With only four suites total, July and August fill up fast.
