41 private pool suites cut into Cape Chalaka

Every one of Erema's 41 suites has its own pool, built from volcanic stone, Naxian marble and earth toned local minerals. Island craftsmen made much of the furniture for architect Stamos Hondrodimos, and the result feels carved out of the cape rather than dropped onto it.

Breakfast and lunch happen at Halaka over the infinity pool, sunset dinners move to Akiton, named for an old term for the island, and Circe Bar works Greek spirits into its cocktails. Culinary director Yiannis Kioroglou keeps the kitchen Mediterranean Greek. Like most Milos resorts, Erema shuts for winter and reopens in spring.
