Wine-first dishes on Trion Navarchon

Most places bolt wine onto a food menu. Panos Theodoropoulos built In Vino backwards: roughly 15 dishes designed as pairings first, food second. The list leans toward small Greek and international producers instead of the usual big names.

A spot on the Greek TV show Happy Hours in February 2026 brought it more attention than most new places get this fast. For a city thick with tavernas and mezedopoleia, wine pairing as the actual concept is still rare in Patras.
