Giorgos built the interior himself before Makina ever opened, and that origin story still gets told by regulars years later. The beans come from Create Coffee Roasters, poured with a third-wave approach instead of a standard cafe menu.

Pancakes are the other draw here, brunch food that gets real attention rather than sitting as an afterthought next to the coffee. Find it on Patreos street, near Notos Jazz Bar and Petrichor.
