Skip the tourist-menu markup near the Basilica. LISZT does straightforward Hungarian comfort food: goulash, chicken paprikash, somlói galuska for dessert.

The catch is the schedule. It's only open Friday to Sunday, noon to 4pm, tighter hours than almost anything else on Mérleg utca. Show up hungry and on time.
