A restored house in north Bengaluru now holds a cafe, a live roastery behind glass, a coffee academy, a retail shop, and a stage that even hosts theatre troupes. Book ahead for a roastery tour through the triple-height room.
Skip the usual flat white. Try the clarified cappuccino, the citrusy Spresso Citron, or the Maverick Mazagran, a 24-hour cold brew mixed with lemonade, orange, ginger, and lemon zest. Food ranges from sandwiches to steaks, built to sit alongside the coffee, not compete with it.
