Five minutes, table to hand. That's the rule at Bar Stormy, and it's a direct answer to the twenty-minute cocktail that's crept into Indian bars. Everything batched, clarified or pre-infused before service means speed without the shortcuts.
The list stays short for the same reason. It's a fourth-floor room with a terrace, and the crowd skews to people who work in the towers below. Start with the house highball and judge the bar on that.
