Chamkeela's cocktail list is built around gemstones, each drink colour-matched to its namesake. It's as literal as it sounds, and the drinks are better than the concept suggests.

Food is Indian bar snacking done properly. Get the nalli nihari naanlets. Around 2,500 rupees for two, and nobody shows up before nine.
