House-distilled curry leaf spirits and a bar that ferments its own

LOQA runs its cocktail program like a kitchen. Curry leaf gets distilled in house, tea gets smoked, and the ferments come from the same pass that makes the drinks list read like a menu, not a bar card.

The room leans on bamboo walkways and moss, which should feel twee and doesn't. Budget around 3,000 rupees for two. It opens at 5pm, and the bar seats fill by seven.

Go for the gourment exp. The cocktail were really nice. And the food was yummy. The place is expensive, but worth it. The indoor lighting is dark, good for some, ok for some. I think they can improve the lighting. Good exp.

The cocktail bar has a lively atmosphere and clearly aims to deliver a premium experience, but unfortunately, it doesn’t quite live up to the HYPE. The drinks were fairly average, highly priced & well-presented, but lacking the creativity and balance you’d expect from a place positioning itself as a standout cocktail spot. The food was even more disappointing, falling below average in both taste and quality.

Music was decent, the green room will look beautiful if the lighting is improved, space was claustrophobically small. On the topic of small - food portions, tables and plates were very very small. I personally don't think the food and cocktails are worth the price, but taste was pretty good overall. I would come back again if a simple bottle of Dewars' didn't cost 50,000+

Had the best time here last evening! The staff was very attentive and helpful with suggestions. I am a beer guy and they turned me onto cocktails (they did not have any beers when I went, just warning if thats what you are looking for) Drinks tasted great the small plates were delicious as well! Definitely a solid speakeasy vibe if thats what you are looking for.
