The Alipore bakehouse lands in Salt Lake

Eclairs, tiramisu, strawberry cream cake and a Korean cheesecake fill the counter at this new Salt Lake room, and the coffee is serious enough to linger over. The lemon iced tea is the one to order once it gets hot out.

X and Y built its name in Alipore on long breakfasts and proper baking. Salt Lake has far fewer options like this, and now it has one. Rs 1,500 for two, open 11am to 11pm.
