Yossi Shitrit's precision, none of the ceremony

After the Kontai partnership fell apart, Yossi Shitrit took over the same Noga quarter space and made it his own. Bandit opened in August 2025 as the answer: an intimate gastro bar where the Hiba chef cooks at eye level instead of fine-dining altitude.

The food keeps his precision but drops the ceremony, and the bill lands well below his flagship. Sit at the bar if you can.

Food is very tasty, staf are kind, quick and helpful, cocktails are interesting. And they have a very nice atmosphere.

Nice flavours with exotic kicks, medium sized meals , plating is beautiful! On the off side the brioche used on some meals are extra fatty and sometimes overwhelm the other flavours

I’ll start off by saying the space is a vibe! The music is really fun, lots of early 2000s r&b classics. We really enjoyed! There’s a nice wine selection, and some fun cocktails. The food on the other hand was a bit disappointing. I had very high expectations, however most of the dishes just didn’t hit. There was too much foam on too many dishes, a couple of them were just too rich, and overall we didn’t really enjoy most of the dishes. The two that we did enjoy were the tuna sashimi, and the shrimp katsu. I would go back for drinks and to get those two dishes!
