Small square in Madrid, transplanted to Nahalat Binyamin. Same team as Vermuteria, second address, plates running small to medium and unapologetically rich.

The carabinero, billed on the menu as the king of Spanish shrimp, earns the hype. Crab croquettes with bisque foam are the other non-negotiable. Grab a seat facing the street and let the boulevard do the entertaining.

We were 2 and set on the bar, we ordered bottle of wine and 4 dishes. The wine was really good and the food was delicious! We skipped the desert as we were too full but we will try next time. Atmosphere very nice and comfy, we could talk with each other while the music wasn't too loud - definitely like that! Service was extremely nice, welcoming and professional. Overall I recommend visiting here, not a cheap place but they do have happy hour with lower prices so maybe consider arrive at that time. Thank you for a great evening and we will surely come again :)

Good food, but weird service and mediocre atmosphere

The service was amazing, the waiter was super attentive and caring, checking on us after every meal making sure we were satisfied. However, it’s not a place to come hungry to…. We spent 500 shekels for a couple and left absolutely hungry needing to go to another place to eat. Conclusion: very good place for a drink and night vibe but not a dinner
