Two names that already shaped how this city eats and drinks joined forces here, and the expectations arrived before the doors did. Suf runs a loose take on Greek and Turkish plates, lamb pastrami with saj bread among them, poured alongside drinks picked by people who clearly know what they're doing.

The corner spot and the pedigree point to one outcome: a local institution. Go now, before it turns into one.

Sat for a Friday lunch. There's a bit of a dichotomy between the "it" vibes this place aims to signal and all of the construction work going around. The food is well made and simple, but the portions not too big. Most annoyingly, tables are a tad too small to have a proper multi-course meal (especially when service just keeps stacking dishes, paying no attention to the lack of space). Shift manager was friendly enough, though. Unless you're a group of 20-something y/os looking for some quick drinks, this isn't a must stop I reckon.

Uch so bummed that we didn’t like this place because we were so excited to come! It is SO loud inside, uncomfortably so. The food was fancy and pretty but not good. We had the sashimi off the specials menus and it tasted very fishy and was in a tomato sauce that was almost inedible. We also had the ribs from the specials menu and they weren’t good either- also a super small serving for 180 shek. The cocktails were weak but the bartender was happy to adjust them. We sat at the bar and our waiter was so lovely - really great service. The restaurant itself was also beautiful and very clean, so there were saving graces! But don’t think we’ll be back unfortunately 💔 UPDATE: after this review, Avi (manager) called us to apologise for our experience and to hear more, and invited us back for a חוויה מתקנת. He was very attentive, asked lots of questions, and seemed genuinely intent on improving. We really appreciated the effort so I’ve upped our rating accordingly :)

Everything at this new restaurant is a 10 — the food (Turkish/Greek/Balkan), the atmosphere, the DJ, the lovely staff. We went for my birthday, sat at the bar, and it did not disappoint. From the owners of Teder and Basta. Check it out!
