The team behind some of the city's best nights, including the Beit Romano compound and Cafe Europa, is behind this one too. OBI plays it loose with izakaya rules up front, then hands things over to a back room lined wall to wall with records.

Eat first. The record bar is the real reason to stick around, and it gets better the later you show up.
