French dinner, then a late bar shift, one Kumoji room

KOBOZ splits the night into two acts in a back street of Kumoji. Early on it runs a proper French dinner service, then the kitchen closes and the room settles into a slower bar stretch. The chef trained in Osaka before coming home to Okinawa, and the menu leans on local fish and Agu pork over imported cuts.

Ask for the counter if you want to watch the pass. The wine list is short but changes often, and staff pour tasting sips before you commit to a bottle.

Every dish in the course menu was exquisitely prepared, and the fresh vegetables and fish were absolutely delicious! The jelly soup in the appetizer and the main fish dish were especially amazing.
