Fourteen counter seats, no one under 25, plates change nightly

No printed menu here. Staff just tell you what the morning market had, and you eat that. The age cutoff at 25 keeps the counter calmer than most Matsuo bars, and with only fourteen seats the room actually feels like one.

Skip reservations if you want, but show up before 8pm on a Friday or you're standing outside.
