Skip the café chairs. This is a stand: espresso, filter coffee, a handful of pastries, and nowhere really to sit down.

It's tucked into the office district north of the river in Nishinakajima, the kind of area most visitors cross on the way to Shin-Osaka without stopping. Morning trade is the whole point.

Lovely little new coffee shop, beans roasted in house. Owner spoke enough English for ordering and brief description of today's offerings. Seems very passionate, worth stepping out of the way for your true coffee fix

What a joy to find this coffee shop - it truly is an oasis - the coffee was so smooth and it was exactly what I needed. The owner spoke English and spoke to me about his wonderful coffee. Served with ice cold water too which is great. Quirky decorations and fit out - very nice. This little shop is worth a visit.
