A coffee bar that never orders the same drink twice

The drinks list at Maze Cafe Lab changes often enough that the staff will just talk you through it rather than hand you a fixed menu. Ask what's new, they'll tell you.

It's a tight room in Minami-Horie: one counter, a handful of seats, on a Nishi-ku stretch where vintage and coffee shops keep trading storefronts. Go on a weekday morning for the window seat, weekends belong to the Horie shopping crowd.
