An eighth-floor café in Susukino that turns into a bar after dark

Take the elevator up eight floors and you land in a room that spends its afternoon as a café before the lights dim into bar mode. Same space, same staff, one continuous service instead of two businesses splitting a lease.

Being eight floors above the street keeps it apart from the ground-floor bars and izakaya packed into the blocks below. No walking in off the sidewalk here, and the room stays quieter for it.
