Rice-flour crepes with a senbei crackle near Maruyama Koen

Skip the soft, all-wheat crepes found everywhere else in Sapporo. This counter mixes rice flour into the batter so the edges crisp up like senbei, a texture you won't find at the cafés and bakeries nearby.

It's just a single service window, no seats, seven minutes on foot from Maruyama Koen Station. Closing days are irregular rather than weekly, so check before you walk over, and expect a queue since it's one of the newer counters filling out these side streets.
