imperfect roasts on site and pours eleven different coffees, which is more choice than most Tokyo roasteries offer at one counter. It opened on 6 March 2026 inside 231 PLACE on the ground floor of the Mitsubishi Corporation building.

The sweets are built around the same sourcing story as the beans. Weekday mornings belong to the office crowd; come after two.

Not the place you want to go if you are looking for good coffee. They use an automatic espresso machine and staff is not very skilled in steaming and pouring milk. It's not bad coffee, it's more like Starbucks quality. Definitely imperfect.

Cardamon roll was bursting with the flavours of butter and spice. It was really excellent. The cafe latte on the other hand was a letdown. Not bad, but at that price point I expected better. Nice outdoor seating which is sheltered by the building it is in.

They have outdoor seating. A peaceful and relaxing coffee shop. A joyful feeling of tranquility sitting out there watching the cars and pedestrian go by despite the rainy weather, just steps away from the madness of Tokyo station. We just stopped to have a coffee break but felt recharged afterwards.

The coffee was tastefull! Seating on the second floor is very relaxed. Canele tasted real good!!! The fact you donate some of your purchase towards a educational cause or environmental one is a real nice touch.
