Cocktails built like a tasting menu, near Third Circle

Kinkan's cocktail list changes with the seasons instead of sitting fixed on a laminated card. Bartender Jimmy Barrat designs drinks with the same precision the kitchen puts into its small plates, and savory twists show up more than sweet ones.

It runs from 1pm to midnight, which makes it as much a lunch spot as a bar. Formerly known as The Jam Fam.

We had a rough experience at the start. Our reservation had an error, they switched up our tables away from the game, and the wine we wanted wasn’t available, however, it all got turned around with Sams hospitality. We shared our disappointment and he was adamant on us having a good night. He brought us down complimentary drinks, complimentary appetiser, and a complimentary dessert. He even charged our wines at a lower cost. This is the kind of hospitality that every place should aspire to be like. Incredibly pleased and satisfied and it’s well worthy to note that the aesthetics of this place are stunning and the food is incredible. Would definitely come back again! But massive shoutout to Sam for making it a great night!
