A billiards-and-beer pub that feels older than it is, on Rainbow Street

Worn wood, low light, a billiards table wedged into the back room. Siesta looks like it's been on Rainbow Street for decades, but it only opened in spring 2026.

It's a pub in the Irish sense, not the Amman rooftop-bar sense: pints and simple bar food over cocktail lists. Rainbow Street's other bars lean scenic. Siesta leans into being a regular's spot instead.
