Extreme fusion, from lagman to beef tartare

Restaurant, coffee shop, wine list and bakery share one address on Rozybakiyeva Street, and the kitchen calls its own cooking extreme fusion. That's not marketing talk. The menu runs from kuyrdak and lagman to a beef marrow bone served alongside beef tartare.

The beige, minimalist room was built for photos, which makes it a good pick for small private events. The genre stays hard to place until the food actually lands on the table.
