Meat-first menu, house-infused spirits

Chicken liver pate with pine nut jam, veal borscht, perlotto with braised cheek. Me'et's menu reads like a love letter to meat, and the marbled veal burger with jalapeno backs it up.

The bar infuses its own spirits in house: cherry whisky, cranberry vodka, blackcurrant gin, chokeberry rum. Few kitchens in Almaty pair a drinks list this personal with food this heavy.
