Westgate Mall's dessert-only stop after dinner
Rafaelo skips the full menu entirely and just does dessert: soft serve, pancakes, waffles, nothing else. That narrow focus is the point, and it's made this first-floor spot at Westgate Mall the go-to for a sweet finish rather than a meal.
Most people order the soft-serve ice cream first. It's the simplest thing on the menu and the reason regulars keep coming back after dinner elsewhere.

The ice creams and gelatos are great! The chefs follow a strict recipe so in case the product doesn't come out right, they unfortunately cant change it for you. I had a peanut favoured milkshake that didn't taste like peanuts at all, but the chef said she had put in the exact measurement as per the recipe and cant add anymore, such a bummer!

Returned back there but the french toast was not up to standard Service: 5/10 – the service from the new waitresses was not the best…5/10 for the french Toast Tropical Nachos: 9.9/10 – the best dessert I’ve had in Nairobi…they nailed the ice cream perfectly Ice Cream Burger: 9/10 – Creative, tasty, and a dessert to remember Ambience: 9/10 – Cozy and vibrant Price Range: Ksh 500–1500 per person…. totally worth it…..

My wife and I came here most evenings for dessert over a 3 week period. The cakes were amazing. The service was exceptional & a special mention for Sarah & Anne & Mary. They take a great deal of pride in their work & always welcome you with a beaming smile. Look forward to visiting again when we next come to Nairobi
