Old university dive reborn as a Greek-style feast hall
Simpoziumas took over the old Universiteto pub on Dominikonų 9, once famous for the cheapest pints near the university. Founders Nomeda Rimšaitė and Vaida Bružienė named it for the ancient Greek habit of arguing big questions over loaded tables, which is apparently how their planning meetings went too.
Expect Mediterranean sharing plates, more than 60 wines with champagne by the glass, and cocktails mixed right at the counter. The place holds 200 people across the main hall, mezzanine, roof terrace and a separate Old Fashioned back bar.

Very mediocre food and service. Will not return. Friends on different occasions had bad experiences only.
