One steak, unlimited fries, no menu

There's no menu at Brond because there's nothing to choose from. Just one dish: a wet aged Uruguayan beef steak, grain finished for a hundred days before slaughter, served with as many fries as you can eat. Yes or no, that's the whole conversation.

Chef Vytautas Samavičius, already known for restaurants across Vilnius, Kaunas and Klaipėda, announced this one by peeling potatoes all day on the Town Hall square. Look for the clues behind the room that lead to a hidden bar. Reservations open at 4pm and lunch fills fast.

Great, laid-back place. When we visited in winter (a bit late with my review here 🫠), there was no line as we arrived quite early (around 6 pm.). I really enjoyed the steak - not the best I've ever had, but very decent. The fries were maybe the best ever 💪 The sides were okay, and the service was really good, in my opinion - helpful, but not around all the time. The only slight downside for me was that the distance between the chairs felt a bit too narrow. Otherwise, it's totally worth visiting. It's not overpriced and, overall, a great place for a relaxed dinner.

I had a wonderful experience at Brond Restaurant. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout the entire visit. The food was absolutely delicious, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. Everything exceeded my expectations, and the atmosphere was great as well. I highly recommend Brond Restaurant to anyone looking for excellent food and outstanding service. I will definitely be coming back!

We were just eating the steaks and the salad. We were asked how we wanted the steaks (medium); my steak was, in the end, medium-rare. I think the steak should have been a bit hotter. The salad was okay, nothing crazy, sadly. I think all in all, it is not really famous for the steaks, but more for unlimited fries. We were sitting outside, which was definitely nice.

Amazing place in all the ways possible! Would rate top 3 steak place in Vilnius, and seeing the price - the cheapest of them all! Interesting concept with unlimited fries, which are also super delicious. And as a cherry on top, people working here are genuinely friendly and helpful and create a wonderful atmosphere, very rarely you find such places. Definitely coming back again!

Food was great! Service was exceptional (was served by girl name Greta). Atmosphere very nice and cozy. We were sitting next to the entrance, so it was a bit chill. Would be great if it was possible to make a booking on advance. Definitely recommend and definitely will come back.
