Coffee behind a medieval facade in Mdina
Palazzo Gatto Murina sits inside one of Mdina's medieval palazzos on Villegaignon Street. Its Siculo-Norman windows are among the finest still standing in the city, and the building alone is worth the stop.
Behind that old facade, a courtyard serves coffee, light bites and cake. It's a quiet break in the middle of a walk through the silent city.

A beautiful little hidden gem ! You walk through a souvenir shop & find your way into the cafe ! Set in beautiful stone with cool seating . Coffee & hot chocolate is amazing! Food could be a better range but at Christmas time I think this is a smaller food range . But I think it would have been amazing with a wide range of hot food ! This place could be a gold mine if he puts an amazing menu on ! Enjoy the visit a must cafe to go to

Quirky and charming little cafe and shop, run by a very friendly owner. Serves the best coffee in all of Malta (so far).
