Fashion designers' café hits St George's Mall
Malta's design duo behind Charles & Ron bring their café brand to level -2 of St George's Mall, the same look they've built on the island now planted in St Julian's newest retail floor. Expect breakfast through dinner with a seasonal, Maltese-inflected spin on café staples.
Custom cakes are made to order, and the space sits among a run of new restaurant openings on the mall's food floor. Worth the trip down for the design alone.

I really love ordering from Charles & Ron Café! My usual order is the iced salted caramel, ham & cheese croissant, and their cookie (I don’t know the name 😂), but it’s really good! I’ve also tried their cappuccino, but the iced salted caramel is definitely my favorite. 🤎☕️ The café is so cozy, even though it’s right in the center of the mall. I always order my coffee and food to go, and what I really appreciate is how kind and accommodating the staff are. They’re always so nice that they even deliver my order to me.🙏 Special mention to Joy and the gentleman who usually takes my order (sorry, I don’t know his name 😅). They’re always so polite, friendly, and welcoming, and I really appreciate how they treat their customers. Definitely one of my favorite coffee spots in St. Julian’s! I’ll definitely keep coming back. 🤎☕️

My wife and I are in Malta for a short trip and we were very pleasantly surprised by the hospitality of your staff. A young guy named Marko made sure we felt welcome and told us how to get around and what to see during the trip. We are not used to getting service like this, and we have travelled a lot! The coffee was great, as well as the croissant we had. Definitely recommended!

Me and my friend came here to have some coffee. A perfect coffee for me. Joy was very friendly very accommodating. We’ll definitely come back again with the other friends.

It was nice cafe that's my first time in this cafe especially thank for all staff n mostly thanks joy to make my day grate with nice coffee.i recommend to everyone to try once and enjoy 🙂
