Con-Traste Coctelería wants you to walk in and order without pretension. The team leans hard on mezcal knowledge alongside a wider cocktail list, but the house line is casual drinking, a deliberate contrast to the more formal cocktail bars around Ciudad Juárez.

It's still a small, personal operation. Reservations go through direct message instead of a booking app, and the bar has built its name slowly in Colonia Progresista rather than with a big launch.
