Homai does one thing and does it well: bubble waffles, bubble tea and rice balls, a Japanese-leaning dessert lineup you won't find elsewhere in Ciudad Juárez. It's a counter inside Plaza de las Américas, not a sit-down café, built for a quick sweet fix between stores.

Skip the coffee-shop lingering. Grab a waffle, grab a tea, keep walking. Seven years in and the menu's still this tight on purpose.
