Nutella runs through everything here: waffles, crepes, coffee drinks, all built around the hazelnut spread. It's a chain with locations across Mexico, but the Holbox branch on Avenida Damero trades the mainland's rush for slower, beach town mornings.

It's already one of the busiest breakfast stops in the town center. Go early if you want a table without a wait, it's open from eight to four.
