We had a wonderful stay! The hotel’s location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach and to the town center where you’ll find Chedraui, restaurants, ATMs, shops, and everything you need. The room was very spacious, comfortable, and private. The A/C worked perfectly (which is a huge plus in Holbox!), the shower was spacious, and there was plenty of natural light. We also loved that it was a quiet place to relax. The staff made our stay even better. Everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming, from the manager to the front desk staff. A special thanks to the lovely lady who cleaned the rooms and changed the sheets, I don’t remember her name, but she was absolutely wonderful. Her attention was always magnificent, and she made everything even better. The pool is clean, comfortable, and perfect for cooling off after a day at the beach. The only thing we missed was having a mini fridge in the room. However, there is a refrigerator at the lobby bar, and the staff was always happy to store anything we needed with a smile. Their kindness really made a difference. One small suggestion would be to add a full-length mirror in the rooms, that would make them absolutely perfect! Overall, we had an amazing experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

The room was on the ground floor, spacious, well-decorated, with lovely chukum finishes. The hotel is well-located, just steps from the beach, quiet, and safe. I understand the concept of a studio apartment, but the idea of ​​placing the toilet directly in front of the bed, without a door, with a very pretty but impractical curtain that you can't even close completely, and at night when you turn on the light, it looks like a display case, offering no privacy, and to top it all off, there's a step. The architect and designer didn't do their best work.

Fantastic location. Easy walk to beach, restaurants, market etc. Beautiful hotel rooms, very clean. On-site bar makes the very best margaritas (& we tried a lot of them!). Lovely pool & comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Our only reservation was the curtain dividing the toilet. One recommendation would be to offer coffee, either in room or lobby. Tough to find coffee before 8am in town. Thank you for a great stay.

Standard Hotel, trying to keep everything modern with concrete design, but you can always see a few flaws here and there. Upon arrival, no one helped us carry our four pieces of luggage up three flights of stairs… the pool water was milky and full of leaves, not exactly inviting for swimming. Holbox is generally a small island, so everything is easily accessible.

Had a great time! The room was incredibly spacious and good taste. Boutique vibe. The pool is mostly decoration but a pretty one. Location is great and not as noisy as other more central places. Great value for money - plus… I did love the racoon visits 🤩
