Come for wood-fired, contemporary Mexican cooking by day, stay for a beach club that turns into a party once the sun drops. The opening night ran late behind a guest DJ lineup, and that's the mood here: dinner service with real nightlife energy.

It's part of a new cluster of restaurants and hotels pulling Holbox's dining scene out to Punta Cocos, away from the original strip in town.
