O&L Leisure's first design boutique, at Strand Hotel since April 2025
Leisure Chapter opened in April 2025 as O&L Leisure's first standalone boutique, built into Strand Hotel on the Mole. Everything on the shelves is chosen around a single theme: pieces that trace back to Namibian and wider African makers, rather than the mixed-origin souvenir stock most hotel shops carry.
Expect ceramics, textiles and small design objects rather than T-shirts and fridge magnets. Prices sit above the craft market stalls in town, which tracks with the selection: this is closer to a design shop than a souvenir stand.
