No dead hours here. Da Rosa runs one continuous service in Jhamsikhel, coffee and brunch from early morning straight through to wood-fired pizza and Turkish pide at night, out of the same oven.

Most kitchens in the neighborhood close between lunch and dinner. This one doesn't, which makes it the fallback for whenever hunger actually hits.
