No classics on the menu here. Every drink at Swotha is a signature creation built around aylā, the Newar rice spirit that's Nepal's oldest and least exported.

It's the newest project from the team behind Barc in Kathmandu, tucked into Patan's historic Swotha Square. Walk a hundred metres and you're at Patan Durbar Square, in a neighbourhood that's basically one UNESCO site after another. Closed Mondays.
