Spanish grill and tapas, Limon's sister restaurant
A parrilla charcoal grill sits at the centre of La Mesa, the sister restaurant of Limon, bringing modern Spanish cooking to the Zuidas. The fire does most of the talking on the menu.
Whole sea bass, octopus and large cuts of dry-aged meat share the menu with tapas, pinchos and Spanish sandwiches, in a space built for dinners, groups and events.

Great food, friendly service, and a lovely atmosphere. Everything tasted fresh, and the attention to detail throughout the restaurant really stands out, including the beautiful artwork and interior. We really enjoyed our meal and would happily come back again.

The food was really good—everything we tried was delicious. My favorites were the pulpo a la gallega, pimientos de Padrón, and the Basque cheesecake, which were all outstanding. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, although the service was a bit slow and a little disorganized at times. Unfortunately, a few items on the menu were unavailable during our visit. That said, the quality of the food made up for the minor issues, and overall we had a really enjoyable experience. I’d definitely recommend it and would happily come back.

Loved it. Everything was amazing. I had fried green peppers; basque soup (delicious) and basque cheesecake. Service was top notch, location is great, atmosphere is lovely. Definitely to repeat!

Very lively place, serving wonderful food. The staff was really friendly! Keep in mind, if you book a table, it's for 2 hours.
