All-day waterside classics with a windmill view

The terrace here is one of the best in Oost: glass hall right on the water, De Gooyer windmill straight across. Tête took over the old De Kop van Oost spot in May 2026 and kept the view, running coffee and lunch by day into borrel and dinner by night.

The menu plays it straight: steak tartare, vitello tonnato, halibut, a côte de boeuf big enough to split. Service moves fast, so it works whether you've got twenty minutes or the whole afternoon.
