Belgian coffee roaster on a Paleiskwartier corner

Grab a laptop table early, this corner fills up fast. Vascobelo's V-Bar sits where the Statenlaan meets the Hugo de Grootlaan, pouring filter and espresso from beans the Belgian roaster had been selling in Den Bosch for years without a place to drink them.

The format favors lingering over grabbing: long tables, pastries, mornings that stretch. The Paleiskwartier, all glass and water between the station and the courthouse, had been missing a coffee bar this good.
