The espresso is dialed in fresh every morning, 19.5 grams in, 41 out, and owner Kyle will happily tell you the numbers if you ask. He roasts the beans and bakes the pastries in the same building, which is the whole reason this place exists.

The pastry case is the other draw: croissants, cruffins, pain au chocolat, pastel de nata, all baked that day and mostly gone by early afternoon. Come before noon if you want a choice.

Simply the best coffee in town. The owners are the most kind and always happy to help. Although the coffee is top notch, the freshly baked pastries are even better. I would recommend everybody visiting Den Bosch to go here for their caffeine needs!

Me and my friends always come here when we have a long break at school and the pastries and coffee never disappoints, they are heavenly!! The personnel is also always super nice and professional!

Great coffee shop and owners! Would highly recommend the cozy corner seats inside with a lamp. The owners/baristas are really knowledgeable about coffee and brewing methods and it's worth a conversation if you're interested in learning more.

Absolutely heavenly pastries, amazing customer service and delicious coffee! Literally what more could you ask for when you go to a cafe. The only small disclaimer is the space because it can be a bit crowded, especially during the weekend but that just goes to say how great this place is! If you like citrus-y flavors and cheesecake, do yourself a favor and get their mandarin cheesecake croissant! You won’t regret it!!!
