Sushi and Asian fusion for the Rosmalen side of the city

Rosmalen keeps its own centre even though it's technically part of Den Bosch, and ICHI just gave it a reason to stay in for dinner. The room landed right on Sparrenburgstraat, built for booths, low light and evenings that run long.

The kitchen runs sushi alongside Asian fusion, with a chef's menu that changes instead of a fixed all-you-can-eat card. It's the newest room from a small group that already runs Breda, Roermond and Kaatsheuvel.
