Shared dining in a 1600s copper workshop
Coco 73 occupies a building from 1600 on the Korte Putstraat that once served as a copper workshop. The name nods to that history: Coco for copper and good company, 73 for Den Bosch's area code.
Owner Stefan Stoltz serves dishes built for sharing, like veal tartare and burrata with artichoke, plates meant to move around the table rather than sit in front of one person.

We had a lovely dinner at Coco73 in Den Bosch! Instead of going for mains, we chose a variety of small dishes to share and it was such a fun and tasty experience. We really enjoyed the eel on toast, pata negra, scallops, pork belly, and especially the gnocchi with cured ham and egg yolk. The salmon and pork starters were also beautifully balanced and full of flavor. We also tried the langoustines nicely prepared and fresh, though personally I tend to prefer shrimp or prawns when it comes to texture and flavor. Just a matter of taste! The vibe at here is relaxed and vibrant, and the staff were genuinely kind and attentive. Definitely make a reservation, as it can be difficult to table without it. Looking forward to coming back next time to try their main dishes!

Wonderful lunch stop! The service is perfect and the food was excellent! We shared the scallops which were soooooo good! My husband had a smoked salmon sandwich and I had a club sandwich and both were really, really great. We had a wonderful Rioja as well!
