Dondurma, gelato and waffles off the Markt

Gelato is common enough, but the stretchy Turkish dondurma at the counter is the reason this place stands out. Eindhoven didn't have many spots serving it before Do showed up on the Jan van Lieshoutstraat.

Waffles come from the back, and the salon stays open until eleven, so it works as an after-dinner stop as easily as an afternoon one. It sits on a quiet cut between the Markt and the Demer, a street that now has a reason to be walked.

Delicious ice cream and sorbets served by amazing people. If you want non-dairy(or vegan) their sorbets are incredibly creamy without the cream. For a bigger experience, try their bubble waffles and don't forget to add an espresso.
