Warm stuffed cookies on Eindhoven's busiest shopping street

The queue outside is the first thing you notice, wedged between Swarovski and Lovisa on Rechtestraat. Inside there's not much more than a counter, a row of ovens and a stack of thick cookies coming out warm all day.

Flavors run through chocolate, matcha and red velvet, all baked on site rather than delivered in. This is a grab-and-go spot, not a sit-down one, so most people walk out with a box and eat on the way to the Markt.

Had another amazing experience at Het Koekemannetje. We reached slight early and the lady at the bakery let us in before. We picked the milk chocolate cookie and the brownie cookie fresh off the oven!! Warm and melting!! Scrumptious!!
