Bistro dinner that becomes a DJ cocktail bar

Dinner first, then the room turns into something else entirely. Oysters, sashimi and champagne by the glass lead the bistro menu at Ntourage before a DJ takes over and the space becomes a cocktail bar.

Entrepreneur Marcel Levee spent about fifteen months planning it before opening on the Poelestraat in late November 2025. It only runs Thursday to Saturday, 17:45 to 02:00. That's built for a full night out, not a quick stop.

Started with a delicious, especially FRESH (which you rarely see in Groningen anymore) oyster, followed by an amuse-bouche: a combination of rice paper, avocado, and bell pepper. Then moved on to caviar, which was truly one of the best I've ever had. Tasty 2-share dishes and a finish of homemade limoncello with pineapple. All in all, a great experience and definitely worth the money.

My husband and I enjoyed a Friday evening at Ntourage! Nice atmosphere with great music and incredibly tasty, good, and fresh food. We are going back soon with friends. Nice new trendy spot in Groningen. Highly recommended!!

Top-notch dishes and excellent wines (and beer). Delicious, late-night dining, transitioning into cocktails with a DJ. Exactly what we were looking for that evening! From a superb amuse-bouche upon arrival to the equally excellent Serrano ham late in the evening. They've clearly put a lot of effort into the (concept of) the high-quality appetizers. The service is also expert. The pizzettes have a phenomenally flavorful base. Although the two varieties we tasted (wild mushroom and mortadella) also feature quality ingredients as toppings, the combination wasn't quite as effective. With the rest of the delicious flavors, it's completely forgivable. Highly recommended, this new spot!
