Spanish tapas beside the Grote Kerk

Bilboa sits on the Oude Groenmarkt, right against the Grote Kerk in one of Haarlem's busiest corners. A young team runs the kitchen, treating Spanish tapas as a cuisine, not a theme.

Haarlems Dagblad called out the mussels and the jamón. The albóndigas sell out so often the kitchen has complained about it online. Open seven days a week, with a terrace bigger than most around here.
